Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days after purchase using USPS First Class Mail. We do not provide tracking numbers unless it is specifically requested. If requested an email will be sent to the email address the order was completed with.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to info@patricbates.com.

Return Policy

We accept returns 30 days after the order was purchased. As the customer, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We will issue a full refund for the product(s) purchase and returned.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, send the product back to us. Once received, we will send a replacement to you free of charge.
